I can tell you what is working for me this cycle.
Zomig has been wonderful at stopping the pain in 10 to 15 minutes. It will keep the attacks stopped for about 24 hours. I get the prescription for 5 mg, then I cut them in two. I usually experience attacks 6 nights a week, so 1/2 a pill per night puts me within the 3 dose limit my Dr. specified. I realize it's the letter of the law rather than the spirit, but the main point it..it doesn't hurt anymore.
