I have to admit at first I do try to lay down. Why I do this is beyond me. I think it has to do with just wanting to sleep and wishing it was a really really bad dream I`m having. I lay there tossing and turning. After doing this for several hour`s I finally do give in and get up. Now knowing I`m going to get out of bed is dangerous. In my case
I usually end up with black eye`s and bump`s and brusie`s all over my body. I think this is another reason I try to stay in bed.
Sometime`s I do luck out an I`m able to fall asleep. This does`nt happen that often. I think it`s when I have one of those Cluster`s that is just a burst of pain that last 5 minute`s to an hour then easies up and goes away. I call that one sneak a sleep.
I guess the point I`m trying to make is while having cluster`s laying down is a no no, but I still try it anyway.
