Hi Glenn,
Mike is 155 lbs and he takes 3 tablets before bed, 3 - 50 mg. tablets of Gravol (our Canadian equivalent of Dramamine). Yes, he wakes groggy but pain free. The reason for the grogginess is the lack of REM sleep but, hey, whatever gets him through the night.
Sometimes even just one night's sleep can give him ammunition to fight the Beast the next day.
