Okay, the piece ran last nite (Wed) on the 11pm news and I saw it rerun this a.m. at about 6:20. Not a bad piece overall. The neuro they interviewed said nothing outstanding, but also nothing wrong. The reporter did, however, make the statement during a voiceover that 'recent research shows that cluster headaches are caused by a sudden constriction of the blood vessels". No references to Goadsby at all, and the info DJ has on the medical page here clearly states that changes to the blood vessels occur after onset of pain. Oh well.
I was also disappointed that they didn't do an overlay of the web address, but the reporter did mention it and one of the 'filler' shots was of me at the 'puter with the home page up. (Yup, I stole the idea from your video, DJ, and suggested it to them!)
If I can find someone who can transfer the video tape to a computer format, I'll do that in case anyone would like to see it. I'll also keep checking the station's web site (www.wjxx.com) to see if they post anything about it there.
Little by little, we'll get the word out if everyone keeps trying.
