I think that flying and also jet-lag make it worst only when C/H cycle has started.
Since I work with the U.S. I have been travelling many times back and forth from Italy to different cities across the U.S. and never had any C/H problem. My last cycle started on May 6 (and
gosh it's not over yet...) with mild attacks.
On May 22 I flew to Chicago where I spent a week. Here things got worst but the real bad ones came after I was back in Italy.
I think the sleep cycle is also involved since 7 hours difference between Milano and Chicago take usually a few days to get used to.
So I agree with the ones who say flying and jet-lag do not cause C/H to start but can make it worst if you already have a cycle started.
All the very best from Milano
