Thanks for the follow-up responses. BELIEVE ME, I hope this is serious treatment, because it definetly feels like serious pain. I want to resolve my problem, and if massaging my jaw muscles and sticking electroids on my face will help I'm game! I'm going to go twice a week for 1 mnth. I'll keep you posted and let you know if it helps. He didn't mention going for any type of TMJ test (x-ray etc.) I guess we will see how things go!
It saddens me to know that some of you have not laughed in a long time. I pray for you that will change soon! When my headaches hit, I feel like it is the end of the world! For the short period of time I am relatively pain free (I always have a numb achy pain in my left eye and temple) I try and embrass that time and make it count. Sometimes when I am going through a bad period,and finally get relief, I forget what it feels like to feel like me again!
