From a 14+ year peer, having tried everything on this board at one time or another the one thing that consistently works is INDOCIN (for me). Orally takes awhile (20-30 Min) but the suppository works within 5 minutes. That along with Stadol (used in moderation) can usually knock down the worst of them ... you know the one's where your punching holes in the wall and destroying the furniture ... Good Luck.
