Welcome aboard, Sounds like clusters to me. If your new here therer was a little while ago a post about free Imetrex. That really works for some. And thers oxygen that works for alot of people. Thats not that bad Find a docwho will get you hooked up with a tank and mask and refills are cheap. Someone on the board suggested a welding supply place for refills. Its a lower grade but at the rate you need to use it it doesn't matter. Theres two things that should help you out.
From what I understand ICE is not helpful. I believe that part of the problem ( And I could weel be wrong here) is that blood vessels are collapsed. Ice wont help expand them. Some say heat wwroks for them (like a hot shower) but I dont see it. My things that seem to help and dont cost alot are breathing a steaming pot with a drop of sage and a drop of lemon grass oil
I dont thhink the oils do anything other the nmake the steam bareable but I found my sinus clog during an attack and this keeps them clear which in turn helps me get more O2 which I believe in whole heartidly. Sorry to welcome you aboard I wish you weren't having to be here but welcome.
