What did you teach? I, as Scott, was curious when I read your post, wondering why anyone would want to leave teaching. But, being a teacher myself, I know we all don't come out of the same mold and have the same drive, vim and vigor needed to teach in today's world. I love teaching, and would never think of leaving it. But, as my husband would say, I am a "different breed". Just from your post, I can tell that as a pharm. rep., you will continue to not only work with people but will also be helping them a great deal--from the patients, to the pharm. techs, to the pharmacists, to the doctors, to the HMOs, etc. And, in your own way, you will definitely still be "teaching".
