Thanks for the advice, I am staying away from the
beer for awhile. I was hoping I would just make
it throught today without a CH but one hit me at
11:30. I listened to a co-worker who used to get
these and he told me to ice the back of my neck.
I tried the ice pack and it was gone 5 minutes
later, I normally get them for 45 minutes but this
was by far my shortest. I am thinking about
visiting a chiropractor because I have had back
and neck problems before from a car accident.
When I feel a cluster coming on, I always seem to
rub the back left side of my neck. The next
think I know there is a vein or something protruding
from my left temple and the burning starts. I
haven't tried medications, I am certainly going to
try the neurologist if these things continue.
