Although there is no definite "you will grow out of this"...there are some people who just stop getting clusters.
And don't forget...those of us that have suffered for so long have really seem a change in the medications for treatment. Imitrex was the most wonderful drug for me...and in the last 3 years, two other forms have come out (3 more on the way) that all have great promise in aborting these things. And who knows what else will be around the corner.
This is hardly a condition without hope...so don't lose it all. There may truly be a cure in the next 10 years, 5 years, or maybe even next year. With science...you just never know. They've actually found a possible physical finding in cluster headaches in just the last month. Maybe now that we have something to point our fingers at...we may figure out how to kill the beast.
Keep the hope.
