Aside from the nightly severe attacks, and occasional a.m ones, I have a constant dull-sharp pain at the "epicenter" of my cluster h/a's all the time. My neuro said she had never heard of this in cluster sufferers (she is the headache specialist in our state). I am sensitive to light and sound almost all the time too? Anyone else? It makes pain management and daily work life extremely difficult (eg, computer work, reading, even watching movies). I'm on a strong anti-inflamatory, Imitrex for attacks, and Depakote (just started). I won't take pregnizone, ever. If you have this, how do you deal with it? Thanks!
