Hi Phil. We don't know each other that well yet, but I will pray for Carl. May be it is time to see a doc about the insomnia and depression. Antidepresssants are also a treatment for CHers. But in my case, I take a combination of meds for CH's and naturally I am less depressed. I take 180 mgs of verapamil twicw daily, Effexor xr for depression and Ch's and Elavil for sleep. This works pretty good for me, but it took a while before I found the right combination to battle both CH and depression. Has Carl tried verapamil or any of the meds I take? Verapamil seemed to be the key for me. This may be old news to Carl but I do believe he will find relief. Collective prayer DOES work for many people in times of hardship
