I was 46 when I had my first cluster attack and then had 8 years of remission before the second attack. The third attack was four years after that. Everyone is different and it's hard to predict when the next cycle may start. There is a lot of good information on the board about things people have tried and found success with. Take the time to read some of the posts, and hopefully, something here will work for you.
