Among his other personality quirks, the demom seems to take special pleasure in varying his approach, apparently in an attempt to confuse and confound the medical community (it's been pretty effective). Although 53 is late to first experience clusters, it's not unheard of. My first few cycles, 16 yrs ago, were similar to yours in that they hit at about 8pm, regular as clockwork. Follow the advice in all the other responses and most DEFINITELY completely avoid alcohol until this cycle ends, and for several weeks thereafter. I can drink during remission, but never in cycle, and if i have a drink too soon after the cycle has ended, it can cause a relapse.
