Sad to say but Welcome to our own Headbanger's Ball. Get the MRI to rule out everything else. I know for me it was devastating to be diagnosed with CH as there is no cure but at least I can inform any general doctor that I'm not nuts as they thought! Quick hint for having to go out during an episode...if caffine works for you carry some excedrin. It's mostly concentrated caffine but be cafeful of rebound headaches. I usually taper off of them then try not to take any for a week or so. Good Luck
