I wonder what it would be like to have a business where you could tell your customers that they don't know what they are talking about. Where you could ignore them and not return their calls until you were good and ready, if at all; where you could basically tell them that they were probably just over reacting; etc. And then, you could charge them quite healthy (no pun intended) fees for the priviledge. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, if they are ever late for an appointment, you could either charge them more or perhaps ball them out for being late (never mind that you would not have to be on time when they were in your outer office waiting for you).
Sometimes people forget who hired who...
