Hi,
It really burns my butt when doctors and insurance companies won't tumble to the fact that oxygen works to abort a cluster or other vascular headache. I first heard about oxygen from my doctor in Sacramento way back in 1975 +/-. He told me to give it a try. He said that when he was in med. school the interns would hook up to the hospital oxygen when they had a hangover and it sometimes worked. The word got around and they soon realized that it worked best on migrains and clusters.
He gave me a prescription for it and I've been using it off and on ever since. I find that it works sometimes and then sometimes it just puts off the monster. At any rate, it's not experimental; it works and it's relatively safe.
