Joy, My husband also tried fixing me of the pain, usually during an attack!
Once he had me hang my head over the end of the bed and you know what all that did!!!
After 16yrs he finally came around and he can't be any nicer during my last cycle of pain.
Sorry to say now he is having headaches that we can't get the right med for it or to the bottom of the last 7 months.
I don't try to fix him but I can understand his pain and the frustration! I also know how the other one feels and it's not all that fun either.
