Seems to me that Todd is on the right track. Chronic paroxysmal hemicrania was (according to Lee Kudrows book - Cluster Headache) first described by Sjaastad and Dale in 1974, and as late as 1979 just 5 women had been diagnosed as CPH.
5 attacks pr. day is quite common for people with cluster headache (have had up to 10 personally), and duration of less than 30 minutes is not rare at all.
Sjaastad and Dale said that CPH 'rarely occurs during sleep hours, and is dramatically responsive to aspirin and indomethacin'. If you never wake up with a headache, and if indomethacin always work for you - great! Hate to be a sceptic in your case, but if pain starts to destroy your sleep, or indomethacin stops working, try oxygen first, imitrex second - and search this site to see what other people find comfort in.
Best wishes,
Erik
