My doc said it's NOT the SAME headache, but another one taking over as soon as you relieve the first one and so forth. This Cluster. That made sense to me, but didn't do much for the pain. I've gone 12 hours or more without relief at times.
I think the secret is getting to them when they first start. At least you can get some relief in between.
