Just got fired after working with the same people for 15 years, mid afternoon clusters caused me to leave the office many times over the last few years, therefore I was seen as unreliable. I never could hang around for them to see the whole deal, just a pride thing on my part. Clusters and work don't mix, but if you can work around them without drawing suspicion let me know how you do it.
