When I first started having attacks, back in 1956, they were in my right temple. Nowadays, they are mainly IN my right eye and not behind it. They are never in my temple, any more. I also have attacks in my right cheek and in my teeth. I’ve tried to decide which location has the worst agony. My conclusion: ANY kind of cluster pain in ANY location hurts so much that you simply can not describe it to someone who hasn’t actually felt it himself.
