Bless your heart!! I have suffered chronically for about 10 years without much of a remission and all's I can say to you is..weeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaa!
You have my permission to go about every pain-free day guilt free and enjoy living life!! Do every single thing you've always wanted to do but pain stopped you!!! My hat is off to you...may your days of pain-free be plentiful!! Suffering or not, thats what we all want for each other(pain free days and nights)....or at least thats what I want for all of us!!
