I have had anxiety and depression problems all my life. The anti-depressant Wellbutrin has been a godsend for me. I have had clusters every year since 1973 except for four years in that period. No libido problems with Wellbutrin. I believe that it is the exact same drug that is marketed as Zyban for quitting smoking. I have also suffered all my life with sleeping disorders. The connection with the extra grey matter of the hypothalmus (circadian rhythms) hits home with me. Like you I am also a musician. Two years ago I was introduced to the only durg that has worked for my clusters:imitrex injections! My problem is that I am very rebound prone. I kept needing to take more and more injections until I was way past the recomended two doses a day and got up to about six (my doctor didn't like that). At that point my system fell apart and I became very unhealthy and essentially I fell apart both physically and mentally. By the way, the health risk is for heart attacks and the like for people with weak hearts. I have not had a cluster since May of 97. I suspect, and can only hope that it is the Wellbutrin that is keeping the wolf at bay. I hope this information can help someone. This is my first post here, so I hope I am not covering old territory. Steve
