DHE is great in my opinion. When NOTHING else will work, it will usually give some releif (at least for a while). The IV is great to get it started. I usually have to take injections after about three days of the IV treatment, but it's worth it. Last time it took 28 treatments to abate the HA for a couple of weeks. It does make your arm sore (it's very caustic) and hurts even worse in your rear, but.....
It's an old tried and true remedy. Hope it works for you.
