I'm truly sorry to hear about your suffering. I don't mean to be flippant, but "join the club." The folks here are terrific, and at least some of the isolation that many us feel is lessened, just by knowing there are others who understand and who really do care.
In your list of things you've tried, you didn't mention prednisone or verapamil. Or is that just ancient history for you? If not, it's combination that has worked, at least initially, for many of us. Then there's the water treatment, and while it may sound simplistic, it has nevertheless worked for many of us. Look that one up in the archieves, or wait for a post from Margi, who is the wonderful mother of all water.
Meanwhile, hang in there, and with us on the message board. There is a wealth of information almost everyday, the archieves are unsurpassed on the subject, and you'll also get a lot of love and support from us, who understand.
