My wife snores quite loudly and although this doesn't wake me up in a pain-free period, we wondered if this takes on added significance during one of my cycles. So for the past two nights I've worn earplugs ...
And I've had two nights where I've slept right through!
Still got the heads during the day yesterday (Sun), and I had to ride one out rather than inject Imigran coz they were so close together. It lasted 30 minutes, was hell but just about bearable.
But this morning (Mon), my neck stiffness is wearing off. I removed one of my two pillows last night and tried to lay on my back to doze off (not my favourite sleep position). Turned on my side, and it felt funny with my head seemingly lower than normal -- but I feel this has been of benefit to me coz my neck and shoulders are definitely much better this morning.
