no, i usually hit the side of my neck with my fist, but my doctor says "dont do that, you'll make it sore" -- duh. Lately I try pressure to the muscle just above the ice pick in the neck and that would give be a few seconds to open my eyes and look around. The cold air thin "seemed" to work. But who knows with this demon, hes sneakey sometimes. Making you think "you've found the cure" only to make your remedy worthless the next boout. Maybe a small rubber mallet would work? Always gotta try different things....you got to try to laugh when you can.
