Many cluster headache'rs have posted that a vigorous workout, ie weightlifting, jogging, is a great way to relieve a cluster. For me personally, it's the last thing I want. It only makes them worse. It probably has something to do with raising the blood pressure/heart rate. If it hurts stop doing it. If it feels good do it all you want. Whatever gets you through it, go for it.
