jude, i also depend alot on 02, i notice you didn't mention imitrex. it works well for a lot of people here, and seems to offer longer relief than 02. its not for everyone, people with heart trouble can't take it. there are links on this site wich will give you loads of info.. while what works for one person, may not for another, it has enabled me to go out without worry. i don't leave home without it!
