I do not post a lot but I do read the board. My wife has CH and I have been her supporter. I have an opinion for people who have CH and people who surpport them. I know opinions are like assholes everyone has one. Here's what I think. I do not pretend to know the pain my wife and other people who have CH go through. I do not know it,only the ones who have CH know. I do not know their depression. I can only guess. I do not feel right giving advice to someone who has CH. My advice would do more harm than good, because I do not know. Now I could give advice to someone who supports someone with CH and feel safe, because I do know how they feel. I know their depression. I know their fears,
their wants, their needs.
