My neuro recently prescribed Nimotop (generic is nimodipine) 60mg every 4 hours for 3 weeks. After the first week, he added prednisone, 60mg a day tapering to 10mg for 16 days. This treatment seems to have at least interupted my episode. (along w/ a healthy dose of caffeine in the am). Anybody else used this stuff?!
