Welcome David. Sorry you're here, but hang around. The ice pack is a great idea. A lot of us use ice (and a lot of us use heat!).
Hope you're in remission real soon. But when you go into remission, stay around and help others. That's how it works here. Some of us old "chronics" are here all the time, but you episodics seem to come and go. Stay with us. Heck, you may be the one with the solution for us all.
