Dawn, Mix the DHE with Pheneragan (that way you only have to take one shot). If you have to use Reglan, don't wait so long to give the DHE. Once the Reglan is in, it will keep working as fast as the DHE. The Reglan is just to keep down the naseau. 25mg. of Pheneragan works just as well -it just burns a little. (If the 25mg doesn't keep away the naseau up it to 50mg). That always works pretty fast on me.
