This question is one that I have often thought about and pondered. I felt that since Rob H. posted his question regarding the race of CHers, I could ask this. What about a CHers intelligence? After having visited this board since Feb. of this year, I have noticed how well articulated ALL of us are, how those of us in the work force hold down important jobs and have varied responsibilities. I know not everyone works outside the home, but you can still have a lot of responsibilites, have great intelligence, and I am seeing this through the various posts in the last months. As Rob said, I hope I am not being improper in asking this.
I know we have a "special" clientele who visit this site regularly and post regularly. As a teacher, I am very aware (maybe too much) of such things as verbiage, inferences, cause and effect relationships, emotional responses, etc., etc., etc. Everyone appears to be well educated. That is another curiosity of mine.
I also wonder about our social classes. Are we in the same area on the wonderful hierarchy of money?? No, I don't want to know anyone's income!!!!!! It is just a question and food for thought, as they say.
As I stated, I hope no one is offended by my posed thoughts and questions. I think I gave us all a great complement. Reading these posts is a great insight to people, and this format is much more practical than the textbooks we have to teach from. But, I don't think the state of NY would agree with me!
