Hi Bernie,
The older MRI machines are pretty confining and once the procedure starts you must be perfectly still. It also took about 20 minutes for mine and halfway through my nose got INCREDABLY itchy. If you're claustaphobic they'll give you a tranquilizer and some of the newest machines are open. Hope you get the same results I did; I went from chronic to full remission for 1 1/2 years. I guess that was a fluke tho, no one else has reported that after an MRI. Good luck and I think you'll do fine.
