I had a Brain MRI about 3 weeks ago. There's really nothing to it, unless you are claustrophobic. I'm not. You just lie down and they take pictures. The machine is very loud . . . kind of like a muffled jack hammer, and there are lots of clicking sounds. They will give you ear plugs to put in. My brain MRI took 20 minutes. If you are getting other stuff pictured, you will be longer. Don't be nervous.
