Sorry you're suffering, but welcome to the family. Glad you finally decided to post.
The exhaustion you just deal with. I don't think anyone knows a cure for that. I've always said that 15 minutes of the pain takes at least 24 hours recovery time. It just zaps you. If you can sleep afterwards great.
The driving HA. I don't ever go anywhere without an Imitrex shot or a cafagot supp. I've had to pull over and take a shot, wait for the med to stop the pain, and then drive home. On a 14 hour flight to Australia, I got a HA and my seat mate got leg cramps. I took a shot of Imitrex and then she and I did exercises. We ran up and down stairs, checked out every inch of the plane, did knee bends - you name it. The attendants just watched and grinned. We even got invited to the cockpit by the captain (we thought for a good chewing out, but he was nice and showed us all the cute tv screens). so I guess what I'm trying to say is you have to MAKE lemonade when you get lemons.
Hang in there. OUCH is trying to get help for us all.
