I'm not in favor of hanging a negative connotation on the name 'Rodney'. It's not fair to all the kind and loving Rodneys that I know must be out there. Maybe some of you have children named Rodney...
I've pretty much stayed out of the uproar regarding the negative posts over the past week or so, but kids, it is time to let it go. He was hurting or he was spiteful or he was angry or who knows what. Who cares? What has evolved here is too prescious to allow anything, especially something as petty as a kid calling us names, to weaken the fabric of love that you all have so carefully and openly woven.
I love you people. You have been there, understanding my pain, giving me support and hope, and while you cannot stop the pain in my head, you have tremendously soothed the pain in my heart. The pain of thinking that I was a lone sufferer in a world of people who thoutht a headache was something you could cure with an asprin.
Keep this place open and loving and forgiving and be tolerant of others, no matter...
Ok, nuff said. Dinner is ready and I'm hungry!
