Jose, the only time I had nausea with the cafergot was when it didn't work and I had to suffer through 2 hours of a level 10 HA. Then I think it was caused by a combination of the cafergot and the PAIN! My perscription says take 2 tablets at the start of the HA and another each 1/2 hour until the HA is gone. About 75% of the time I can stop a HA with only 1 tablet. Sometimes it takes 2 tablets. If I get to 3 tablets, I'm in big trouble, it's going to be a 10. Also, I never had any trouble getting back to sleep after taking the cafergot which is suprising because of the caffine in it.
