I suffered two head injuries in my teen years, one at thirteen and one at seventeen. developed clusters at 19 yrs. Drank alcohol off and on till 1994. none since. still smoke. Am a builder/carpenter inflicting constant and unbalanced stresses on my upper body. Have frequent neck tweaks. Now back in the first two weeks of ch episode in 5 yrs. pain so bad I actually cried lots and lots. Wish that as a male I could have learned to cry more easily than this. Does seem to help. Hang in there all. together we've strength and each others compassion. Many thanks Steve P
