I've taken the TMJ tests before (which came out negative). I remember reading about
the symptoms while waiting in the doc's office, and 20-30 seconds of pain behind the
eye doesn't sound familiar. A good friend of our family (who happened to be a doctor)
commit suicide because he couldn't take his TMJ affliction. His attacks would keep him
up for DAYS at a time. This guy's 20-30 second "ice pick" headache symptoms don't sound
like anything I've ever heard or read about before. I think he should start with a good
neurologist and see where that leads him. --Vince
