I have been using Biofeedback, self hypnosis for about 2 months now. I go to a biofeedback clinic at the hospital here once a week for instruction and a self hynosis session where they hook me up to a computer to monitor things like pulse, skin temp, muscle tension.
I had a 10 a week ago today that I was able to abort in just a few minutes with self hypnosis. I did this without any meds. I don`t know if you can learn this on your own but my nuro set me up with the biofeedback clinic here when I told her I wanted off the meds. I will be happy to go into this more, just drop me a line.
Oh I haven`t had a CH since last week, its` been a nice week.
