ICQ (or I seek you) is an interactive chat program that anyone can download from the internet from the website www.icq.com We can send instant messages back and forth, pictures, files, etc. You can even send voice messages if both sides have microphones and speakers. It's way cool, man. You can talk to anyone anywhere in the world and there is also a real-time typing feature on it where both parties can open a split screen and watch each other type messages.
