Excercise does help in my case. However, watch out for the "letdown" after you exercise. Can bring one on. I do think I deal with them better when I am in decent shape. I have built back up to my usual level of running about 5K 3-4 times a week and I am feeling better. I'm going to fight through the headaches after running in hopes of breaking my current cycle.
