Hi everyone. I found this site about 2 wks ago, just after my current episode began. This is the first time since then that I've been able to get back here. Just wanted to say Hi and thanks to everyone for the great contributions. Still working my way through the archives, so I've got a Q. Exactly what is "Kip's Scale"? I figure it's a 1-10 intensity deal, but is there any more detail beyond 1=those blissful painfree times and 10=someone please amputate my head?
