Its been awhile since I really posted...I keep an eye out for all us "regulars". I am still chronic after 20 months; though coping better. Changing doctors from the Diamond Clinic has helped. They were becoming too perplexed with my inability to respond to treatments and horrendous side effects. So.....it was time to move on to a fresh, new HA specialist. It was a great move. No remission (NO miracles) but most importantly; my quality of life is improving. The doc even said that I couldn't continue to survive in all this excruiating pain (nice change). I am on long term opiods...the heavy stuff and functioning better now. The CH is now aborted more easily with oxygen and imitrex (though I still have to use alot and he OKs it). So, hope it there.....even in different forms. Take whatever you can. I wish you all the best..you all are great folks, irene
