I live in Wisconsin. It has been in the mid 80's and 90's for the last couple of weeks. Lots of high humidity also. I have noticed an increase in my CH. I have been having headaches almost daily. The heat doesn't seem to effect me in a possitive way. However you might want to note this is only my second summer with CH. Maybe your dr. suggested Arizona because it wouldn't have the humity that we have here. I think I read an earlier post about someone saying humidity effecting them. If you decide to go let us know if it makes a difference. I think that there must be CH suffers in southern states. So I am inclind to think it wouldn't help.
