I tried Lydacain shots into the trigger points that you are talking about. Both in the base of the neck and out on my shoulder. They did help some but the monster kept comming back. The Indomethacin is an anti inflamitory and I have tried it also along with the shots and other drugs. Nothing gave me any lasting results that I can pinpoint. I was chronic for about 4 years then they suddenly went away for 3 years. Suddenly reapeared for no known reason and nothing seems to help now so I am trying biofeedback with good results so far. 6 cays now no CH monster.
